“Hire, Train, and Deploy by SpringPeople on SAP” is a comprehensive program offered by SpringPeople, a leading provider of SAP training and certification. The program focuses on providing organizations with the necessary tools and resources to bring new talent into the company, train them on SAP technologies and processes, and integrate them into the SAP environment.
The program begins with sourcing and attracting the right candidates for SAP roles within the organization. This may involve advertising job vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting the most suitable candidates for the job.
Once the candidates have been selected, they are provided with extensive SAP training and certification through SpringPeople’s online platform. This includes both theoretical and practical training, with a focus on real-world scenarios and use cases. The training covers a wide range of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Ariba, and more.
After completing their training, the new hires are deployed into the SAP environment, where they are supported and mentored by experienced SAP professionals. This includes on-the-job training, feedback, and guidance to help the new hires adjust to their new role and contribute effectively to the organization’s SAP initiatives.

Eligibility Process:
Qualification: MBA, BTech, BE, B. Com, M. Com, BBM, BBA
Pass Out Year: 2019, 2020,2021, 2022 (Result in hand by September)
Percentage: 40%
No academic gaps to be considered.
Selection Process:
Share your updated Resume.
Communication and aptitude round to be conducted by the MNC.
If selected LOI to be shared with candidate.
Must undergo 2 months SAP training and Global certification.
Post certification final technical round.
Selection and onboarding:
(Interested candidates are requested to share their profiles at the earliest)
If BGV and final round not cleared, then offer will be revoked.
