SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM)

What is SAP HCM?

SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM) is one of the key modules in SAP and is also called SAP Human Resource (HR) or SAP Human Resource Management System (SAP HRMS). SAP HCM contains many submodules and all these modules are integrated with each other.

The key submodules of SAP HCM are Organizational Management, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Event Management and Travel Management.

Prerequisites for attending the training

1. Business process knowledge in field of Human Resource/ Organization Management/ Administration
2. 1-2 of work experience in HR field
3. Any graduates or post graduates. preferably with MBA- Human Resource Management
4. Good communication skills

Job Role of SAP HCM Consultant

1. Understand Business requirements from HR teams like recruitment and payroll
2. Map the process in SAP
3. Train concerned teams on using the SAP ERP
4. Integrate the HCM module with other functional areas like Finance, Sales etc.
5. Create customer report for analysis
