Peeush has previously held leadership positions in 3 startup organizations – @Talisma Corp, @SpringSource (now Pivotal Inc), and @Kaseya Inc. At these organizations, he helped grow revenues, drive customer/user acquisition, and played a key role in successful exits of each company (each $100mn+). Peeush’s international outlook is brought on by his experience leading teams and business streams in India, UK, Europe, and the USA.In 2009, Peeush was responsible for the global expansion of Services & Training at SpringSource Inc. and was struck by the state of the training market in India. He observed that the market was dominated by low-end, poor quality players, and chaotic market practices.
This inspired him to bootstrap SpringPeople to address the gap in the market by delivering high-quality training through a process-driven setup taught by highly experienced IT experts. Today, SpringPeople has grown to become India’s largest enterprise IT training provider, offering a wide range of courses in partnership with global tech giants and having a huge base of very happy enterprise customers.
Shilpi is driving SpringPeople’s outreach engine, striving to expand our engagement with corporate L&D leaders and learner communities, promoting our exceptional solutions, offerings, and learner-centric events to enterprise clients across the globe. With her background in Media and Public Relations, and experience in the EdTech/Corporate Training industry, she is on a mission to raise awareness among enterprises of all sizes about SpringPeople’s position as the go-to organization for their enterprise training and certification requirements.

With a Master’s degree in Mass Communications and almost two decades of experience in the EdTech/Corporate Training industry, Shilpi is an expert in customer-oriented roles, with a focus on enterprise marketing, sales, and account management functions. She has previously worked in both B2B and B2C roles in India and the United Kingdom, developing her customer relationship and management skills. Shilpi has led diverse sales and account management teams in the corporate training industry, providing her with a solid foundation for driving SpringPeople’s business to new heights.
