Criteria

Candidate with Excellent Communication Skills
Technical Module (ABAP) – Fresher 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 pass out with or without experience can apply.
- They should have a minimum of 65% Marks throughout.
- There should not be any academic gaps.
- For Technical Module (ABAP)
  - BCA / BCS / BE / MCA / MCS / MCM – will be preferred
Functional Module (FI, SD, MM, PP)–
- Fresh Graduates or Candidates with at least 1 year of domain experience
- FI – CA/ CA Inter / MBA / M.Com / B.Com will be preferred
- SD – MBA / BE / PGDM / Post Graduate will be preferred
- MM – MBA / BE / PGDM / Post Graduate will be preferred
- PP – BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech will be preferred

Candidates who are ready to relocate anywhere in India or Abroad. Candidates need to apply for this program.

- Candidates who fulfil the criteria laid down with respect to academic qualifications will be subjected to an aptitude test.
- Shortlisted candidates will then be presented to client for interview
- Client may schedule video/personal interview based on current skill set
- Selected candidates will be issued Letter of Intent (Conditional Offer) with a condition to complete SAP training and certification within a period of 60 days.
- Such candidates will need to undergo SAP S/4HANA training in respective module with SpringPeople
- Part funding of the course and cost of certification will be borne by Co. (30% of listed fees of SAP) + Certification cost.
- After completion of training, candidates will need to appear for SAP Global certification Exam
- Once the candidate clears the certification he / she will then be on boarded by client
